These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the zidbaj platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by everything set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Players Only
zidbaj strictly restricts access to adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory during account registration. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one zidbaj account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or permanently closed. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and account balances on zidbaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank channels. Minimum deposit is ৳200.
Fair Wagering Conditions

Prohibited Activity

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the zidbaj website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you — the player — confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and zidbaj with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between the parties.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the zidbaj platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
zidbaj reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is not in compliance with these Terms or has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification. Such action will be taken in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 8 of this document .
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on zidbaj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. zidbaj is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not accepted.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested permanent account closure from zidbaj.
- You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. All accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false personal information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
zidbaj conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is successfully completed.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
Each individual player is entitled to open and maintain one single account on the zidbaj platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other shared identifier — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, zidbaj reserves the right to merge those accounts into a single account, close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated winnings.
When registering your zidbaj account, you are required to supply the following information accurately:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
- Date of birth (confirming you are aged 18 or above)
- A valid email address that you control
- A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
- Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)
- A secure password of your own choosing
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. zidbaj will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify zidbaj immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be secured. Any activity carried out using your credentials before you notify us of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.
zidbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of an account — not only at the point of withdrawal. Where documents are requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 calendar days unless otherwise specified), zidbaj may restrict account functionality, including the ability to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals, until verification is completed.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the zidbaj platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and in-play balance movements — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to any transaction. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your zidbaj wallet, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your nominated payment method, subject to the conditions set out below.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved payment channels listed in the zidbaj cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes. zidbaj does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges independently.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification prior to processing. Once KYC is verified, standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval
- Bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, etc.): Typically processed within 1 to 3 business days
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. zidbaj does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances. This policy is a fraud prevention measure and is applied consistently across all accounts.
zidbaj reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request where unusual account activity has been detected. In such cases, processing times may be extended while the review is conducted. The account holder will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed under review, and zidbaj will endeavour to complete any such review within 5 business days.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
zidbaj offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions aligned with tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup, as well as seasonal promotions for Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all zidbaj promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual promotion page:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain after the validity period expires will be removed from the account without compensation.
- zidbaj reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where continuation of the promotion would be contrary to responsible gaming principles.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus outcome, the decision of the zidbaj management team is final.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the zidbaj platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game type. These rules are published within each product area of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or initiating any game session.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on zidbaj:
- A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the zidbaj system. A confirmation reference number is generated for each accepted bet. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, the player should contact support immediately — do not assume the bet was accepted without a confirmation reference.
- zidbaj reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear and verifiable evidence of a palpable error in the published odds. This includes manifest pricing errors caused by technical faults, data feed errors, or human input errors. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors will have affected bets voided and may have their accounts reviewed.
- All live betting markets are subject to the availability of a reliable real-time data feed. In the event that a live data feed is disrupted, live betting on the affected market may be suspended. Bets already accepted before suspension will stand where a result can be determined.
- Casino game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG systems operated by the relevant software provider. zidbaj has no ability to influence game outcomes. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes — each game event is statistically independent.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface. Bets exceeding the published maximum stake may be reduced or voided at zidbaj's discretion.
For cricket betting specifically — the area of greatest interest to zidbaj's Bangladesh player base — all BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international, IPL, and ICC tournament markets are governed by the sports betting rules published in the cricket section of the platform. Special rules apply to rain-affected matches, abandoned fixtures, player substitutions, and other event-specific contingencies. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing bets on match-specific markets.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zidbaj platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of closure. zidbaj reserves the right to report any conduct that may constitute a criminal offence to the appropriate authorities.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual for the purpose of creating or accessing a zidbaj account.
- Money laundering: Using the zidbaj platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Deposits that are not consistent with a player's declared gaming activity may be flagged for anti-money laundering review.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve a guaranteed or artificially influenced outcome in any game, bet, or tournament, including chip-dumping in poker and angle-shooting in live dealer games.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the zidbaj platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform. Accounts where chargebacks are initiated will be suspended pending investigation, and the chargeback amount will be treated as a debt owed to zidbaj.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured game settings for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Underage access: Allowing or assisting a person under 18 years of age to access, register for, or use a zidbaj account in any capacity.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
zidbaj may suspend or permanently close a player account in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Confirmed underage status following age verification review
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- A player's request for voluntary account closure
- Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure
Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety. zidbaj will notify the player of the closure by email to the registered address. The player may request a review of the decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the closure notification by writing to [email protected].
Where an account is closed voluntarily — either by the player's own request or through the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme — any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been met.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zidbaj's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zidbaj expressly excludes liability for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access caused by factors beyond zidbaj's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government action
- Any loss suffered as a result of a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure
- Inaccuracies in real-time data feeds (such as live scores or odds) caused by third-party data providers
- Any actions taken by payment service providers including transaction delays, freezes, or reversals initiated by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The zidbaj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate information, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free from security vulnerabilities. Players use the platform at their own risk.
Section 10
Changes to These Terms
zidbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's products or services, updates to payment processing arrangements, or corrections of inaccuracies in the existing text.
When material changes are made to these Terms, zidbaj will notify registered players by email to their registered address at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately by law or regulatory obligation. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date displayed prominently at the top of the document.
Your continued use of the zidbaj platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] prior to the effective date.
